A heavy, block-constructed slab serif with squared terminals and pronounced, rectangular serifs. Many joins and curves are interrupted by consistent vertical or diagonal cut-ins that read like stencil bridges or notches, creating a segmented rhythm across bowls and strokes. Counters are generally compact and geometric, with broad proportions and robust stems that keep color dense and even. The overall texture is assertive and slightly mechanical, with deliberate interruptions that give the letterforms a modular, fabricated feel.

Best suited to display settings where the notched details can be clearly resolved: posters, headlines, logos, labels, and packaging. It can also work for short bursts of text (pull quotes, menu headings, event titles) when a distinctive, industrial-stencil texture is desired, but it will feel visually busy for long-form reading.

The notched construction gives the face an industrial, sign-painting-meets-stenciling personality—confident and attention-grabbing with a playful, unconventional edge. It evokes vintage packaging and poster typography while staying crisp and graphic, leaning more toward bold statements than refinement.

The design appears intended to blend traditional slab serif solidity with an intentionally disrupted, stencil-like construction. The goal is likely maximum impact and instant recognizability, using consistent cut-ins to create a signature texture while retaining sturdy, familiar serif foundations.

The recurring cut-ins appear across both uppercase and lowercase, and the numerals carry the same segmented treatment, helping the design feel cohesive in mixed text. In paragraphs, the repeated notches create a strong horizontal patterning that can become a defining texture, especially at larger sizes.
