This serif shows a classic, modern-leaning construction with pronounced thick–thin modulation and hairline joins that create a crisp, high-end look. Serifs are fine and sharply finished with a lightly bracketed feel in places, while terminals often resolve to pointed or wedge-like ends. Capitals are tall and narrow with generous vertical emphasis; curves (C, G, O, Q) are taut and controlled, and the Q carries a distinctive sweeping tail. Lowercase keeps a moderate x-height and a compact, columnar rhythm; the a is double-storey, the g is single-storey, and ascenders/descenders are relatively long and slender, reinforcing the elegant texture in text. Numerals follow the same contrasty, editorial style with narrow proportions and delicate hairlines.

Best suited to headlines, subheads, and prominent typographic moments where its contrast and narrow proportions can create impact without taking excessive horizontal space. It performs well for editorial design, fashion and beauty branding, premium packaging, and sophisticated poster work. For longer passages, it will be most comfortable at display-to-text sizes with adequate leading and good printing or screen rendering to preserve hairlines.

Overall tone is polished and upscale, with a dramatic contrast that reads as contemporary luxury. The narrow, towering forms convey sophistication and authority, while the razor-thin details add a sense of fashion-forward sharpness. In continuous text it feels poised and curated, leaning more toward display-led refinement than utilitarian neutrality.

The design appears intended to deliver a refined, contemporary take on a classic serif for high-end editorial and brand settings. Its narrow stance and strong contrast aim to maximize elegance and drama while maintaining a familiar roman structure for readable, composed typography.

In the sample text, the thin strokes and tight internal apertures create a dark–light shimmer that rewards larger sizes and high-quality reproduction. Counters stay relatively small and vertical stress is evident across round forms, producing a distinctly formal, magazine-like cadence.
