A decorative serif with slender, slightly calligraphic strokes and a crisp, angular finish. Serifs are pointed and often forked into small spurs, with additional thorn-like terminals appearing on bowls, arms, and diagonals. Curves are smooth but end in sharp beaks, giving letters a pricked silhouette; joins feel gently modulated rather than purely geometric. Proportions are compact with relatively small lowercase bodies and tall ascenders, and the overall rhythm alternates between narrow verticals and wider rounded forms for a lively texture in text.

Best suited to display settings where the forked serifs and spurs can be appreciated—titles, chapter heads, packaging, posters, and themed collateral. It can work for short passages or pull quotes when a period or storybook atmosphere is desired, but the ornate terminals will be most effective at moderate-to-large sizes.

The spurred terminals and beaked serifs create an antiquarian, slightly fantastical tone—more folio and fairy-tale than modern editorial. It reads as hand-influenced and ceremonial, with a faintly gothic or arcane flavor that adds character without becoming fully blackletter.

The design appears intended to evoke an old-world printed feel with a distinctive ornamental edge, using forked serifs and mid-stem spurs to differentiate it from conventional text serifs. Its consistent terminal motifs suggest a focus on atmosphere and branding personality over neutrality.

Uppercase forms show strong, sculpted silhouettes—especially in diagonals and curved letters—while the lowercase keeps the same thorny terminal language for consistency. Numerals echo the pointed serif treatment, with prominent hooks and tapered ends that keep figures stylistically aligned with the letters.
