An all-caps-forward display face built from bold, narrow-to-broad strokes with dramatic, calligraphic contrast. Letterforms are largely upright and readable, but the contours are intentionally irregular: terminals taper into needle-like points, inner curves wobble, and many strokes end in droplet-like bulges and downward drips. Counters are often round and open, while joins and shoulders show a hand-drawn, inked texture that creates a mottled edge and uneven color across lines of text. The lowercase follows the same construction with a notably small x-height and simplified, single-storey forms, keeping the overall rhythm bouncy and uneven in a controlled way.

Best suited to short, attention-grabbing applications where texture is a feature: horror and Halloween posters, haunted attraction branding, spooky product packaging, game or film titles, and event flyers. It also works for chapter heads and pull quotes when paired with a calmer body text for contrast.

The font communicates a spooky, haunted tone—like fresh black ink bleeding and hanging from letters—balancing menace with a slightly whimsical, cartoon-horror charm. Its sharp tapers and occasional spikes add tension, while the drips and soft curves keep it playful rather than brutal.

The design appears intended to mimic hand-inked lettering that’s been distressed and made to drip, combining high-contrast strokes with deliberate imperfections to evoke a creepy, theatrical atmosphere while maintaining legibility at display sizes.

In text settings, the jagged detailing and irregular stroke endings become more noticeable and can create visual noise, especially where drips cluster on repeated verticals. The numerals match the same inky, tapered treatment, supporting cohesive titling and poster-style composition.
