A slanted serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and crisp, bracketed serifs that taper into sharp points. Curves are generously rounded with tight, ink-trap-like joins in places, while many terminals finish in teardrop/ball shapes that add a slightly calligraphic flavor. The letterforms feel broad-shouldered with steady, even rhythm; capitals are sturdy and sculpted, and the lowercase shows lively entry/exit strokes and occasional swash-like gestures (notably in forms like z and Q). Numerals are similarly dynamic, with strong diagonals and curved terminals that echo the text figures’ flowing stress.

Well-suited to editorial typography, book and magazine settings, and other contexts where a polished serif voice is needed. It can also serve effectively for refined branding, headings, and ceremonial materials where the animated italic character and high-contrast strokes can be showcased.

The font conveys a traditional, bookish tone with a touch of display sophistication. Its energetic slant and dramatic contrast add elegance and motion, reading as confident and cultivated rather than purely utilitarian.

The design appears intended to blend conventional serif structure with an italic-forward, slightly calligraphic accent—prioritizing a lively reading rhythm, elegant contrast, and expressive terminals for a more elevated tone than a neutral text face.

Across both the glyph grid and the text sample, the design maintains consistent contrast and serif treatment, giving paragraphs a smooth, cohesive texture despite the expressive terminals. The italic angle is assertive but controlled, supporting longer passages while still feeling distinctive at larger sizes.
