Strokes are hairline-thin with crisp thick–thin modulation, giving the letters a calligraphic, pen-drawn character. Letterforms use narrow ovals and extended entry/exit strokes, with frequent loops in capitals and many lowercase forms; connections appear natural in running text while some capitals stand more independently.
