A chunky display face with flared, wedge-like terminals and intentionally uneven contours. Strokes stay heavy overall but wobble subtly, with pinched joins, scalloped edges, and occasional notch-like bites that make the letterforms feel hand-shaped rather than mechanically drawn. Serifs and end strokes often swell then taper into soft points, and counters are rounded and slightly irregular, producing a lively, textured rhythm. Spacing and widths vary by character, reinforcing an organic, cut-from-paper silhouette in both capitals and lowercase.

Best suited to short, high-impact text such as posters, seasonal promotions, party invitations, book or chapter titles, and themed packaging. It also works well for game titles, spooky menus, and signage where a handcrafted, theatrical voice is desired; for readability, it’s most effective at medium-to-large sizes.

The tone is spooky in a storybook way: more haunted-carnival and potion-label than overtly gruesome. Its quirky proportions and toothy tapers suggest mystery, mischief, and theatrical menace, with a retro Halloween flavor that reads as fun and approachable at display sizes.

The design appears intended to evoke an old-world, hand-rendered display look with eerie character, using flared wedges, uneven outlines, and tapered points to create a haunted-but-playful presence. The consistent roughness across letters and numbers suggests it was drawn to feel crafted and expressive rather than precise.

Capitals carry the strongest personality with prominent flares and asymmetric shoulders, while the lowercase keeps the same hand-hewn edges for continuity. Numerals match the set’s chunky, irregular construction, maintaining the same terminal language and playful instability.
