A heavy, serifed display face with visibly distressed contours and uneven, ink-worn interiors. Strokes are robust and somewhat irregular, with softened corners, occasional notches, and blot-like voids that suggest rough printing or erosion. Serifs are slabby and bracketed in feel, but inconsistently chipped, giving each letter a handmade, weathered silhouette. The rhythm is steady at text sizes, though individual glyph widths and internal counters vary, reinforcing an organic, imperfect texture across lines.

Best suited to display applications where texture is a feature: poster titles, album or book covers, brand marks with a handcrafted aesthetic, product packaging, and labels. It can also work for short pull quotes or subheads, but the heavy distressing may reduce clarity in small sizes or dense paragraphs.

The font conveys a worn, analog character—part old poster, part stamped lettering—mixing nostalgia with grit. Its rough edges and mottled fills add a slightly ominous, theatrical tone that can lean playful or eerie depending on context.

The design appears intended to mimic aged, over-inked, or worn letterpress/stamp output while retaining recognizable serif structures. Its goal is to provide instant atmosphere and tactile print character rather than pristine typographic neutrality.

In the sample text, the distressed texture remains prominent even in longer passages, creating a strong typographic color and a deliberately imperfect print impression. Numerals and lowercase maintain the same chipped, inked treatment, supporting cohesive headline systems and short bursts of copy where texture is desirable.
