A high-contrast serif with a distinctly sculpted, wedge-driven construction. Strokes transition from very thin hairlines to robust stems, with pointed, flaring serifs and terminals that often resolve into sharp beaks and tapered tips. The curves are crisp and tightly controlled, producing narrow apertures in places and a polished, engraved feel, while the lowercase shows elegant calligraphic modulation and a slightly compact, vertical rhythm. Numerals and capitals maintain the same chiseled logic, with angular joins and pronounced thin–thick changes that read clearly at larger sizes.

Best suited to display typography such as headlines, magazine mastheads, pull quotes, posters, and brand marks where the high contrast and sharpened terminals can be appreciated. It can work for short editorial passages at comfortable sizes, especially in high-quality print or high-resolution digital settings where the hairlines remain crisp.

The overall tone is refined and theatrical, combining luxury-editorial elegance with a slightly edgy, blade-like crispness. It feels poised and formal, with enough stylization to signal fashion, culture, and high-end branding rather than everyday text neutrality.

The design intent appears to modernize classical high-contrast serif cues with more angular, wedge-like serifs and sharply tapered terminals, aiming for a premium display voice that stands out in editorial and branding contexts.

Letterforms show a consistent preference for pointed terminals and flared wedges over bracketed serifs, giving the face a distinctive sparkle in the hairlines and strong presence in the thick strokes. The texture in paragraphs appears lively and contrasty, with prominent verticals and delicate connecting strokes that benefit from generous sizes and careful spacing.
