A high-contrast display serif with pronounced, triangular wedge serifs and subtly flared stroke endings. Vertical stems are heavy and steady while hairlines are thin and crisp, creating a sharp, carved rhythm. Several joins and counters show small ink-trap-like notches, and curves often end in tapered points or ball-like terminals (notably in C, G, a, c, e). The lowercase has compact, robust forms with a two-storey a and g, a relatively short-armed t, and a tall, narrow l; numerals are similarly weighty with sharp diagonal cuts and strong wedges.

Best suited to headlines, decks, pull quotes, and other large-size typography where its sharp contrast and wedge details can be appreciated. It can work well for branding and packaging that aims for a premium or authoritative voice, and for poster work where strong typographic presence is desired.

The overall tone feels editorial and commanding, balancing classical refinement with a slightly aggressive, blade-cut sharpness. It reads as upscale and deliberate, with a fashion-magazine or prestige-publishing attitude rather than a soft bookish one.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic serif foundation with heightened contrast and distinctive flared, wedge-like endings, optimizing for impactful display settings. Its pointed terminals and ink-trap-like cut-ins suggest an emphasis on crispness and visual punch in printed or high-resolution contexts.

The sample text shows dense color and strong word shapes, with tight internal apertures in places and distinctive, angular details that become a key part of the texture at larger sizes. The uppercase presents a formal, monumental stance, while the lowercase adds personality through angled terminals and notched joins.
