A sharp, faceted serif with an irregular, hand-cut rhythm. Strokes are built from angled segments rather than smooth curves, producing polygonal bowls and corners and a subtly uneven baseline texture. Serifs and terminals often split or spur into small triangular forks, and several stems show mid-height nicks and notched joins that mimic incised lettering. Proportions are fairly open and wide, with a tall x-height and compact counters that stay readable while preserving the chiseled silhouette.

Well suited to display typography for fantasy or historical themes—book and album covers, game titles, event posters, and branding that wants a carved or folkloric feel. It can work for short paragraphs or pull quotes when given comfortable size and tracking, but it is at its best in headlines and titling where the spurred details can be appreciated.

The overall tone is archaic and storybook-like, evoking medieval signage, folklore titles, and carved inscriptions. Its spurred terminals and jagged edges lend a slightly ominous, magical energy without becoming overly ornate, keeping the voice bold and assertive.

The design appears intended to reinterpret blackletter and inscriptional cues through a simplified, geometric, chiseled construction. The goal seems to be an expressive serif that reads clearly while retaining the tactile character of hand-carved or hand-cut letterforms.

In text, the irregular angles create a lively, gritty color that feels intentionally imperfect and handmade. The mix of straight strokes and polygonal curves gives strong recognition at display sizes, while the dense texture can become visually busy if set too small or too tightly spaced.
