A very heavy, right-leaning serif design with sharply tapered, wedge-like terminals and pronounced contrast between thick main strokes and hairline joins. The serifs are bracketed and often flare into pointed beaks, creating energetic entry and exit strokes, especially in the lowercase. Counters are compact and the joins are tight, giving the face a dense, inky texture at text sizes. The italic construction feels calligraphic rather than merely slanted, with lively curves, angled stress, and occasional swash-like tails on letters such as g, y, and z. Numerals follow the same chiseled, high-contrast logic with strong diagonals and bold silhouettes.

Best suited to headlines and short-form copy where its contrast and sharp terminals can be appreciated without crowding. It works well for magazine mastheads, theatrical or event posters, branding marks, and packaging that needs an assertive, classic-but-stylized voice. In longer passages it will be most comfortable at generous sizes with ample leading and tracking.

The overall tone is bold and theatrical, combining a traditional serif foundation with a punchy, display-forward attitude. Its sharp terminals and dramatic contrast suggest vintage editorial and poster typography, with a slightly mischievous, showcard flavor that reads as confident and attention-seeking.

The design appears intended to deliver a conventional serif voice with heightened drama: an italic, high-contrast silhouette that feels rooted in classic printing while pushing toward expressive display use. Its wedge serifs and calligraphic motion prioritize impact and personality over neutrality.

The face builds a strong rhythm through repeated wedge terminals and angled cuts, which helps unify uppercase, lowercase, and numerals. The lowercase includes several distinctive forms (notably g, y, and z) that add character and motion, while the uppercase remains comparatively structured and emblematic.
