A compact, heavy display serif with strongly flared stroke endings and tapering joins that create a carved, slightly pinched silhouette. Serifs are wedge-like and often resolve into sharp points, with concave notches and cut-in terminals that give counters a chiseled feel. The uppercase is tall and assertive with narrow interior spaces, while the lowercase keeps a sturdy, upright rhythm and relatively short ascenders/descenders. Curves are built from tensioned, angular arcs rather than smooth bowls, producing an irregular, hand-cut texture across words.

Best suited for display settings such as posters, title treatments, chapter heads, book or album covers, and branding where a medieval or fantastical voice is desired. It can work well for event signage (renaissance fairs, themed bars, Halloween promotions) and game or tabletop materials, especially at medium to large sizes where the notches and sharp terminals remain clear.

The overall tone is medieval and theatrical, evoking blackletter-adjacent signage and fantasy ephemera without fully adopting a true gothic text structure. Its sharp terminals and inky mass read as ominous, mystical, and slightly mischievous, with a strong “carved wood / forged metal” character. The texture feels deliberately rugged, suited to dramatic headings and atmospheric titles.

The font appears designed to deliver a bold, old-world atmosphere through flared strokes and pointed terminals that mimic chiseled or inked letterforms. Its construction prioritizes distinctive texture and mood over neutrality, aiming for instantly recognizable, thematic headline impact.

The design maintains consistent weight and a cohesive set of flared endings, but letter widths vary noticeably, adding to a handmade, poster-like rhythm. Numerals follow the same pointed, cut-in logic, keeping the set stylistically unified in headlines and short lines.
