A decorative display serif with exaggerated, flared wedge serifs and strongly sculpted forms. Strokes alternate between thick, inky verticals and sharply tapered terminals, creating crisp internal notches and triangular cut-ins, especially visible on letters like E, F, V, W, and X. The overall silhouette is wide and extroverted, with rounded bowls, bulbous joins in the lowercase, and occasional swash-like tails (notably on forms such as Q, g, and y). Spacing appears generous and the numerals follow the same bold, carved aesthetic with pronounced thick–thin transitions and stylized terminals.

Best suited to large-size applications where the carved wedges and decorative cuts can be appreciated—headlines, posters, and bold editorial openers. It can also work well for branding, packaging, and event promotion when a vintage, theatrical voice is desired, but it is less appropriate for long passages of small body text.

The font reads as dramatic and performative, with a show-card energy that suggests spectacle and vintage flair. Its sharp wedges and ornamental cuts add a slightly mischievous, attention-grabbing tone—more celebratory than formal—while still retaining a serif tradition.

The design appears intended to reinterpret classic decorative display serifs with exaggerated wedges and ornamental cut-ins, prioritizing impact and character over neutrality. It aims to deliver a strong, vintage-leaning headline presence with memorable silhouettes and a lively, rhythmic texture.

In running text the strong notching and tapered terminals create a lively texture that can feel busy at smaller sizes, but becomes striking and legible when set large. The design’s distinctive “cut” details give many letters a chiseled, poster-era personality that stands out immediately in headlines.
