A decorative serif with distinctly flared, wedge-like serifs and softly tapered strokes that swell and narrow in a calligraphic rhythm. Curled terminals and occasional inward hooks (notably in bowls and descenders) give the letterforms an animated, slightly irregular texture while keeping a consistent baseline and overall structure. Round characters show teardrop-like counters and asymmetric stress, and straight stems often finish in pointed, leaf-like serif shapes. Numerals echo the same treatment, with compact proportions and ornamental curves (especially in 2, 3, 5, and 8).

Best suited to display contexts where its ornamental details can be appreciated: headlines, poster titles, book or chapter titling, themed branding, packaging, and invitations. It can work for short passages or pull quotes when set generously with comfortable spacing, but it is most effective when used as an accent rather than for dense body copy.

The overall tone is charming and theatrical, evoking storybook display lettering and old-world signage. Its lively curls and flared finishes feel hand-influenced and characterful rather than strictly formal, lending warmth and a lightly eccentric personality.

The font appears designed to provide a distinctive, vintage-leaning serif voice with hand-drawn flair—balancing readable classic proportions with decorative curls and flared serifs to create a memorable display texture.

At text sizes the internal curls and tight apertures can become visually busy, while at larger sizes they read as intentional ornament. The design’s rhythm is more expressive than neutral, so it tends to lead the eye and set a strong mood in a layout.
