This serif italic shows pronounced thick–thin modulation with hairline connections and crisp, tapered terminals. The letterforms are generously proportioned with a broad stance, while serifs read as sharp, wedge-like and lightly bracketed rather than heavy. Curves are smooth and polished, with a lively diagonal stress and occasional flourish—most noticeable in the more calligraphic lowercase. Overall rhythm is graceful and slightly theatrical, with strong contrast creating bright, shimmering textures in text.

Well-suited to magazine typography, lookbooks, and other editorial layouts where contrast and italic energy can carry the page. It works especially well for brand marks, product names, pull quotes, and elegant headings. In longer passages, it’s best used at comfortable sizes and with ample spacing to preserve the fine hairline detail.

The tone is upscale and expressive, combining classic bookish cues with a fashion-editorial sheen. Its steep italic motion and fine hairlines add drama and sophistication, giving headlines a poised, confident voice. It feels formal without becoming stiff, leaning toward luxury and culture-forward contexts.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic italic serif with heightened contrast and a contemporary, couture-like finish. It balances traditional proportions with selective flourishes to create a refined display voice that still performs in short text settings.

The sample text shows a distinctly italic reading flow, where round letters and joins remain clean while delicate strokes stay prominent. Numerals and capitals retain a tailored, display-ready finish, and several lowercase forms (notably in letters like g, j, y, and z) introduce stylish, swashy accents that increase personality.
