A high-contrast serif with strongly vertical stress, crisp hairlines, and weighty main stems that create a bold black-and-white rhythm. Serifs are bracketed and sharply tapered, with pointed terminals that feel carved rather than rounded. Capitals are broad and stately with ample interior space, while the lowercase shows compact, sculpted forms and a conventional x-height. The overall texture is assertive and glossy, with prominent thick strokes and delicate connecting strokes that reward generous sizing and comfortable leading.

Best used for display typography: magazine headlines, editorial pull quotes, posters, and brand wordmarks where its contrast and sharp serif detailing can be appreciated. It can work in short text blocks at larger sizes with careful leading, but is most convincing when treated as a headline or titling face.

The tone is polished and traditional, with a dramatic, high-fashion edge driven by the extreme contrast. It reads as confident and upscale—suited to settings where a sense of ceremony, authority, or editorial sophistication is desired.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary take on classic text serif proportions, emphasizing elegance through pronounced contrast and finely cut terminals. Its wide, stately capitals and sculpted lowercase aim for a premium editorial voice that stands out without resorting to novelty.

In the samples, the finest strokes and tight apertures add sparkle but can become fragile at small sizes or in low-resolution reproduction. Numerals follow the same high-contrast logic, with distinctive curves and crisp joins that keep them visually consistent with the letters.
