A rough, inked display face with heavily irregular contours and visibly worn edges, as if printed from a weathered block or stamped with a dry brush. Strokes stay generally sturdy but fluctuate subtly in thickness, with ragged terminals and occasional blobby accumulations that create a mottled silhouette. The uppercase feels compact and emphatic, while the lowercase shows a small x-height and slightly uneven widths, producing a lively, imperfect rhythm in text. Counters are simple and somewhat tightened by the distressed texture, and the numerals share the same battered, hand-pressed character.

Best suited to headlines and short display copy where the distressed texture can read as an intentional material effect—music and entertainment graphics, retro-inspired posters, craft or artisanal packaging, and punchy editorial callouts. It can work for brief body text in large sizes, but the roughened outlines make it more effective as an accent face than for dense reading.

The overall tone is gritty and tactile, mixing vintage print energy with a handmade, slightly chaotic edge. It suggests posters, DIY signage, and analog reproduction—more rebellious and raw than polished or corporate.

Designed to evoke the look of worn printing and hand-inked lettering, prioritizing texture and atmosphere over pristine geometry. The letterforms aim for bold legibility while preserving an intentionally imperfect, analog surface.

The distressing is consistent across the set, with texture affecting both stems and curves rather than appearing as a separate overlay. In longer lines, the irregular edges add visual noise, so clarity improves with generous size, spacing, or shorter phrases.
