This serif shows pronounced thick–thin contrast with crisp, tapered joins and bracketed serifs that often resolve into sharp wedge-like terminals. Curves are smooth and slightly calligraphic, with swelling strokes and occasional ball terminals that add sparkle in the lowercase. The capitals are stately and open, while the lowercase maintains a moderate x-height with narrow apertures and compact counters, creating a lively, slightly irregular rhythm. Numerals follow the same contrasty logic, with sculpted forms and strong vertical stress that reads best at display sizes.

Well suited to headlines, magazine and editorial settings, book covers, and refined poster typography where high-contrast details can shine. It can also support premium branding and packaging when used at sizes that preserve its tapered terminals and delicate hairlines.

The overall tone is polished and literary, blending classic bookish authority with a touch of flamboyance from the sharp terminals and expressive curves. It feels formal and sophisticated, with a dramatic edge that suits attention-grabbing typography without becoming overly ornate.

The design appears intended as a contemporary, high-contrast serif for display-driven typography, combining traditional serif structure with sharper, more stylized terminals to create a distinctive, upscale voice.

Stroke endings frequently taper to points, which increases the sense of sharpness and contrast; this also makes fine details more prominent in smaller sizes. The design leans on elegant silhouette and rhythm rather than heavy ornament, so spacing and line length will strongly influence its perceived texture.
