This serif typeface is built around tall, elegant proportions and pronounced thick–thin modulation. Stems are crisp and largely vertical, with subtly swelling stroke endings and bracketed, wedge-like serifs that feel carved rather than purely hairline. Curves are smooth and taut, with a controlled, high-waist rhythm in letters like C, S, and O, while joins and terminals stay sharp and clean. Lowercase forms keep a fairly traditional structure, with a two-storey a, compact counters, and a slightly calligraphic edge in terminals such as the f, r, and y. Numerals follow the same refined contrast, mixing strong verticals with delicate hairlines and tapered finishes for an engraved, display-oriented color on the page.

Best suited to headlines, decks, pull quotes, and other display roles where the contrast and sharp details can stay clear. It will also shine in editorial design, luxury or beauty branding, and book cover typography where a classic, refined serif voice is desired.

The overall tone is polished and formal, with a fashion/editorial sensibility and a hint of old-style book typography. Its high-contrast sparkle and sculpted serifs create a confident, premium voice that reads as sophisticated and intentional rather than casual.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary take on a classic high-contrast serif, balancing traditional letter structures with sculpted, flared detailing for a premium, print-forward feel. It prioritizes elegance and impact, aiming for a strong presence in editorial and branding contexts.

In text settings the face produces a distinctly striped rhythm from its strong verticals and thin connecting strokes, giving it a crisp, high-end texture at larger sizes. The capitals feel especially authoritative, while the lowercase adds nuance through slightly livelier terminals and carefully shaped bowls.
