Capitals are more ornate, featuring generous swashes and enclosed counters, while lowercase stays relatively compact with a modest x-height and tall ascenders/descenders that add vertical elegance. Spacing is airy and the overall texture remains light, with curves and connecting strokes creating a continuous, handwritten line in words.
