A slender serif display face with calligraphic influence and softly flared terminals. Strokes show moderate thick–thin modulation and a mostly upright posture, while proportions feel compact with relatively small lowercase bodies against tall ascenders and descenders. The outlines are intentionally worn: edges appear abraded, with speckling and small voids that mimic aged ink or rough printing. Spacing and widths vary slightly from glyph to glyph, adding an irregular rhythm that reads more handmade than mechanical.

Best suited for display typography where texture is desirable: horror or Halloween titles, gothic or occult-themed branding, book covers, posters, and packaging that benefits from an aged print look. It also works for short pull quotes or headings when you want a historical, distressed atmosphere without sacrificing basic readability.

The overall tone is eerie and antiquarian, like distressed lettering from an old pamphlet, apothecary label, or gothic storybook. The clean underlying serif structure keeps it legible at display sizes, while the scattered erosion adds a dramatic, haunted character. It conveys mischief and dark whimsy rather than modern minimalism.

The design appears intended to combine a traditional serif/calligraphic foundation with deliberate print-wear artifacts, producing an old-world feel with theatrical darkness. The aim is to provide an instantly themed, texture-forward headline font that evokes aged ink and handcrafted signage.

The distressing is distributed across both interiors and outer contours, creating a peppered texture that becomes more prominent as sizes increase. Capitals have a restrained, classical silhouette under the wear, while the lowercase feels more playful through uneven widths and occasional exaggerated curves. Numerals follow the same lightly calligraphic construction with matching speckled breakdown.
