A faceted, angular blackletter with heavy, monoline-like strokes and crisp, chamfered corners. The letterforms are constructed from straight segments and diagonal joins, producing a carved, polygonal rhythm rather than flowing pen modulation. Uppercase shapes are compact and blocky with strong vertical emphasis, while the lowercase keeps a sturdy, slightly squat silhouette with clear internal counters. Terminals often end in pointed wedges or clipped serifs, and bowls and diagonals are rendered as sharp, beveled facets that stay consistent across letters and numerals.

Best suited to display settings where texture and historic flavor are desired—such as title treatments, posters, album or book covers, product labels, and logo wordmarks. It can also work for short subheads or pull quotes, though the dense, angular forms are most effective at larger sizes where the facets and counters remain clear.

The overall tone is medieval and ceremonial, evoking signage, heraldry, and fantasy-world typography. Its sharp geometry and dense color give it a commanding, slightly severe presence that reads as traditional and authoritative rather than casual.

The design appears intended to modernize blackletter through a consistent, geometric carving approach—replacing pen-driven contrast with sturdy, beveled facets while preserving the traditional gothic structure and presence.

Counters tend toward angular apertures, and several glyphs (including numerals) adopt octagonal or shield-like interiors that reinforce the carved aesthetic. Spacing in the sample text feels deliberately tight and cohesive, creating a strong texture for headlines and short passages.
