A rough, hand-rendered display face with heavy, uneven strokes and consistently ragged contours. Letterforms are broad and open, with lumpy terminals, occasional ink-blob swellings, and slightly unstable curves that create a jittery rhythm across lines. Counters tend to be irregular and soft-cornered, and stroke joins look organically pinched rather than crisply constructed, giving the alphabet a weathered, stamped-with-wet-ink feel. Spacing reads fairly generous overall, but sidebearings vary noticeably from glyph to glyph, reinforcing the handmade texture.

Best suited to short, high-impact settings such as horror and thriller titling, Halloween promotions, event posters, and cinematic or game-related graphics where an eerie handmade texture is desirable. It can also work for album art, packaging accents, or chapter headings when paired with a cleaner text companion for body copy. Larger sizes help preserve the distressed character without sacrificing clarity.

The texture and wobble give the font a tense, haunted tone—like smeared lettering from an old warning sign or a distressed poster. Its irregular edges and blotty buildup feel unsettling rather than playful, suggesting age, decay, and suspense. The overall impression is bold and immediate, with a deliberately imperfect personality that reads as ominous at a glance.

The design appears intended to evoke hand-inked lettering that has degraded or bled over time, prioritizing atmosphere and texture over uniform precision. Its broad proportions and blunt, irregular terminals aim to deliver immediate impact while maintaining an organic, unsettling edge appropriate for spooky thematic work.

In the sample text, the rugged outlines remain prominent even at smaller sizes, where the distressed edge becomes a defining feature of the color on the page. Numerals follow the same blobby, uneven logic as the letters, maintaining a cohesive voice for titles that mix type and numbers. The face appears most confident when allowed breathing room, as the edge texture can visually thicken where strokes bunch together.
