A heavy display serif built from broad, compact forms with pronounced thick–thin contrast and sharp, tapered terminals. Each letter is cut by narrow internal channels and split-like counters that read as inline carving, creating a ribbed, hollowed effect through stems and bowls. Curves are round but tightly controlled, while joins and serifs feel crisp and slightly flared, giving the alphabet a sculpted, engraved rhythm. Spacing appears relatively tight in text, with dense silhouettes that emphasize vertical structure and strong black shape.

Best suited to large-scale display work where the internal carving can be appreciated—posters, headlines, title sequences, brand marks, and premium packaging. It can also work for short subheads or pull quotes when set with ample size and leading, but is less appropriate for long passages due to its dense texture and ornamental interior detailing.

The overall tone is glamorous and stage-ready, with a classic Art Deco sensibility and a slightly noir, vintage-poster attitude. The carved interior detailing adds a sense of ornament and drama, making the face feel ceremonial and attention-seeking rather than neutral.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact with a decorative, engraved inline treatment—combining classic serif structure with a bold, stylized interior that reads as both vintage and theatrical. It prioritizes silhouette and pattern over quiet readability, aiming to create a distinctive, brandable voice in display settings.

The inline cut-outs are consistently applied across caps, lowercase, and numerals, producing strong internal patterning that becomes especially noticeable in repeated verticals and rounded letters. At smaller sizes the interior carving risks filling in visually, so the design reads best when allowed generous scale and clean contrast.
