A condensed, tall display face built from solid rectangular slabs with irregular, hand-cut inner counters that read as white letterforms knocked out of black tiles. Edges show deliberate wobble and uneven carving, producing a rough, collage-like rhythm rather than geometric precision. Curves are simplified and often squared off, with counters and terminals varying from glyph to glyph in a way that feels intentionally handmade. Spacing appears tight and the overall texture is dense, with strong figure/ground interplay as the interior cutouts define much of the character.

Best suited to short, high-impact setting such as posters, album art, festival or club flyers, mastheads, and brand marks that benefit from a handcrafted cutout aesthetic. It performs well in single words, titles, and punchy lines where its texture and figure/ground effect can be appreciated.

The font conveys a zine-era, cut-and-paste attitude—bold, scrappy, and slightly mischievous. Its inverted cutout construction evokes stencil art, gig posters, and underground graphics, balancing humor with a gritty, disruptive edge.

The design appears intended to mimic hand-cut stencil or paper-collage lettering, using inverted counters and uneven carving to create an expressive, tactile display texture. Its narrow proportions and tall lowercase help pack energy into tight horizontal spaces while keeping a strong vertical presence.

Because the letterforms are defined by carved interior shapes within consistent black blocks, small sizes may cause the inner details to fill in visually; it reads best when given enough size and contrast. The irregularity across similar shapes adds character but reduces uniformity, reinforcing an intentionally handmade voice.
