A high-contrast serif with slender hairlines and sharp, bracketed serifs, rendered with an inline/outlined construction that leaves a light interior channel running through many strokes. Capitals are stately and slightly condensed in feel, with crisp terminals and consistent vertical stress, while lowercase forms stay readable with modest extenders and a traditional two-storey structure where applicable. Curves are smooth but tightly controlled, and the outline/inline treatment is applied consistently across rounds (C, O, Q) and straights (E, H, N), giving the design a refined, engraved rhythm. Numerals follow the same classical proportions and contrast, matching the text color and cadence of the letters.

Best suited to display typography—headlines, book and album covers, brand marks, menus, and premium packaging—where its inline detailing can be appreciated. It can work for short editorial decks or pull quotes, but for long text it benefits from larger sizes and comfortable leading to preserve the fine interior contours.

The font conveys a formal, old-world elegance with a theatrical edge, like engraved lettering on invitations, certificates, or vintage packaging. Its inline contour adds a crafted, display-oriented character that feels premium and ceremonial rather than utilitarian.

The design appears intended to reinterpret classic high-contrast serif forms through an engraved, inline outline treatment, adding ornament without abandoning traditional proportions. The goal seems to be a distinctive, upscale display voice that evokes heritage printing and formal signage.

The inline/outlined construction creates a lighter “color” on the page than a solid serif at the same size, and the fine interior channels can become delicate in small settings. It reads best when given generous size and spacing so the detailing remains clear.
