A serif text face with lightly roughened outlines that mimic worn printing or ink spread. Strokes are slender with gently modulated contrast and slightly uneven terminals, giving counters and curves a subtly wobbly, hand-affected feel. Serifs are small and bracketed, and the overall construction remains fairly classical, but the edge texture introduces lively irregularity across rounds (C, O, Q) and diagonals (V, W, X). Spacing reads a touch loose and natural, supporting the distressed texture without clogging at text sizes.

Well-suited to editorial design, book covers, pull quotes, and display copy where a vintage or aged-print effect is desired. It can also add character to posters, labels, and packaging that aim for a handmade or archival tone, especially at medium-to-large sizes where the distressed edges remain visible.

The font conveys an archival, analog mood—like a well-used book page, a typed manuscript, or an aged poster pulled from storage. Its irregular edges add warmth and humanity while still reading as a traditional serif, balancing refinement with grit.

Likely designed to evoke traditional serif typography while introducing a controlled, printed-wear texture. The goal appears to be adding historical and tactile character without abandoning familiar letterforms and readable proportions.

Figures follow the same worn outline treatment and maintain clear differentiation, with a notably styled “1” and softly imperfect curves on “0/8/9.” The texture is consistent enough to feel intentional rather than noisy, and it becomes more apparent at larger sizes where the deckled contours can be appreciated.
