A high-contrast serif with crisp, triangular wedge serifs and subtly flared stroke endings that give verticals a carved, calligraphic feel. Curves are smooth and generous, with pronounced thick–thin transitions and clean, sharp terminals. Uppercase forms feel stately and slightly wide with confident bowls (B, D, O) and a distinctive, gently swashed leg on R; the lowercase shows a two-storey a and g with round, open counters and a compact, slightly tapered rhythm. Numerals maintain the same sharp, wedge-based detailing and clear modulation, lending a formal, display-friendly texture.

Well suited to editorial headlines, pull quotes, and magazine typography where contrast and sharp detailing can shine. It also fits book covers, cultural branding, and formal materials like invitations or programs, particularly at display sizes or in short passages where its crisp wedges remain clear.

The overall tone is classical and refined, evoking book typography and heritage editorial design. Its sharp wedges and controlled contrast add a sense of ceremony and sophistication, while the flared strokes keep it from feeling overly mechanical.

The font appears designed to blend classical serif proportions with a more sculpted, flared finishing, aiming for a premium editorial voice. Its wedge serifs and tapered strokes suggest an intention to deliver elegance and authority while keeping letterforms lively and expressive.

The design’s contrast and pointed serifs create a lively sparkle at larger sizes, especially in dense text lines where the wedges and tapered joins become a defining texture. Curved letters (C, G, S) show careful stress and smooth modulation, helping the face read as polished and intentional rather than purely decorative.
