A heavy, slanted display face with aggressively irregular brush-like strokes and ragged, torn-looking edges. Letterforms are built from broad, high-contrast strokes that taper quickly into sharp hooks and splintered terminals, creating a restless, scratchy silhouette. Counters are often partially closed by blobs and smears, and the rhythm is intentionally uneven, with varying stroke thickness and slightly inconsistent joins that enhance the hand-made, distressed feel. Numerals and capitals maintain the same sharp, frayed perimeter and energetic forward lean, prioritizing impact over uniformity.

Best suited to large-scale, attention-grabbing applications such as horror posters, thriller title cards, Halloween promotions, game splash screens, and album or podcast artwork. It also works well for short headlines, logos, and punchy callouts where texture and attitude are more important than long-form readability.

The texture and spiked, fraying edges give the font a threatening, feverish tone—like hurried lettering scratched with a loaded brush. It reads as tense and dramatic, with a B-movie menace that suits eerie, high-stakes messaging and genre-forward design.

The design appears intended to deliver a cinematic, horror-leaning voice through distressed brush construction and sharp, spattered terminals. Its slant and high-contrast stroke behavior emphasize speed, danger, and immediacy, making the typography feel alive and slightly unraveled.

At smaller sizes, the interior voids and distressed infill can reduce clarity, especially in tightly packed words. The strongest results come from generous sizing and spacing where the torn contours and tapered strokes have room to show their character.
