This typeface uses a blackletter-inspired, calligraphic construction with sharply broken curves, pointed joins, and crisp, blade-like stroke endings. Strokes show pronounced modulation, moving from hairline-thin entry/exit flicks to dense, inked main strokes, creating a lively texture. Capitals are elaborate and irregularly flared, while the lowercase keeps a compact, vertical rhythm with narrow bowls and distinct fractured counters. Numerals follow the same sharp, high-contrast logic, with some figures featuring sweeping, tapered tails that add motion and asymmetry.

Best suited to display typography such as titles, logotypes, packaging accents, posters, and book or album covers where an antique or gothic atmosphere is desired. It performs especially well in short phrases, initials, and large headings where the intricate modulation and sharp detailing can remain clear.

The overall tone is medieval and ceremonial, with a dramatic, slightly ominous edge. Its sharp angles and flourish-like hairlines evoke manuscripts, heraldic inscriptions, and gothic ornamentation, reading as traditional and theatrical rather than casual or modern.

The letterforms appear designed to translate broad-nib or pointed-pen blackletter techniques into a dramatic, high-impact display face. The intention seems to balance historical blackletter cues with expressive, hand-driven flicks and tapered terminals to create an ornate, atmospheric texture in headlines.

The design mixes strong vertical stems with occasional long, descending hairline swashes that introduce a hand-drawn spontaneity. Word shapes become highly patterned in text, with dense black masses in the capitals and a more even, picket-like cadence in the lowercase; this favors expressive display settings over continuous reading.
