A heavy, blocky sans with compact proportions and strongly simplified construction. Strokes are thick and assertive with mostly squared terminals, while counters are generally rounded and open, keeping forms clear at large sizes. The defining detail is a consistent worn texture: small chips, speckles, and scuffed areas appear within strokes and counters, mimicking ink dropouts or abraded printing. Curves (C, O, S) read sturdy and slightly softened, while diagonals (A, V, W, X) maintain a straightforward, sign-painter-like geometry.

Best suited to display applications where the distressed surface can be appreciated: posters, titles, packaging, labels, apparel graphics, and bold signage. It can also work for short pull-quotes or section headers when a rugged, printed texture is desired, but the built-in wear makes it less appropriate for small-size body text or dense UI copy.

The overall tone is tough and workmanlike, with a printed-and-handled patina that suggests age, friction, and real-world use. It feels more like shop signage or stamped packaging than a pristine digital face, giving headlines an immediate, gritty presence without becoming illegible.

The design appears intended to deliver a strong, approachable sans silhouette combined with an intentionally imperfect, timeworn finish. It aims to evoke the look of ink on rough stock, stamped marks, or weathered paint—adding character and grit while preserving clear letterforms for impactful messaging.

Texture density is noticeable across both uppercase and lowercase, so color and texture become part of the typographic rhythm in longer lines. The lowercase is similarly robust, with single-storey forms and broad joins that reinforce a sturdy, no-nonsense voice. Numerals follow the same solid build and weathered interior patterning, reading well in display contexts.
