A high-contrast serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and a crisp, sculpted silhouette. Serifs are bracketed and taper to sharp points, with angled, calligraphic terminals that give strokes a slightly chiseled finish. Capitals feel stately and wide-set with generous interior space, while the lowercase maintains a moderate, readable x-height and clear apertures. Curves (C, G, S, O) show smooth, controlled stress, and the numerals echo the same contrast and tapered finishing for a cohesive text-and-display rhythm.

Well-suited to editorial layouts, magazines, and book typography where a classic serif voice is desired. The strong contrast and crisp finishing make it especially effective for headlines, pull quotes, and refined branding systems, while still reading comfortably in longer passages when set with adequate size and spacing.

The overall tone is traditional and polished, evoking book typography and established print design. Its sharp serifs and bright, high-contrast rhythm add a sense of sophistication and authority, leaning more editorial than casual.

The design appears intended to deliver a familiar, classical serif structure with heightened contrast and crisp detailing for a more contemporary editorial presence. It aims to balance readability with a refined, high-end texture that stands out in both text and display settings.

In the sample text, the font holds together well at large sizes with strong word-shape definition and lively texture. Fine hairlines and pointed terminals become a prominent feature, giving the face a slightly dramatic, fashion-leaning edge while remaining grounded in conventional serif construction.
