A stylized serif display face with blackletter-inflected construction and sharply tapered terminals. Strokes show pronounced thick–thin contrast and frequent wedge-like flares, giving letters a cut-pen or brush-pen feel rather than a purely geometric build. Curves are tense and slightly faceted, with irregular, chipped-looking edges and small spur details that create a roughened silhouette. Proportions run on the condensed side, and the overall rhythm is lively, with subtly inconsistent stroke endings that read as intentionally distressed.

Works best for display settings such as titles, posters, book or album covers, theatrical or seasonal promotions, and fantasy/horror branding. It can also fit game UI headings or packaging where a distressed, old-world voice is desired, but it is less suitable for long body copy due to its high-contrast, textured forms.

The font conveys a medieval-to-victorian fantasy mood—dark, theatrical, and slightly menacing—while still retaining a handcrafted, storybook quality. Its jagged edges and spurred terminals add grit and urgency, suggesting old print, spellbook titling, or haunted signage.

The design appears intended to fuse upright serif structure with blackletter-inspired forms and deliberate wear, producing an antique, dramatic voice that feels printed, weathered, and hand-cut. The goal is impact and atmosphere rather than neutrality, prioritizing distinctive silhouettes and expressive terminals.

In text, the strong contrast and sharp joins create a busy texture that quickly becomes dominant, especially around narrow counters and pointed terminals. Capitals carry the most personality, while lowercase remains legible but still strongly stylized, making it best suited to short phrases where the rough detailing can be appreciated.
