A sharply drawn serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and delicate hairline connections. Stems terminate in subtly flared, wedge-like serifs rather than blunt slabs, giving stroke endings a tapered, calligraphic finish. Curves are smooth and taut, with narrow joins and crisp apexes in forms like A, V, and W; round letters show a vertical stress and tight interior counters. The lowercase has a compact, controlled rhythm with a two-storey a, a double-storey g with a small ear, and a slender f and t that keep the texture airy. Numerals follow the same contrasty logic, with fine hairlines and sculpted terminals that read best at display sizes.

Best suited for headlines, pull quotes, mastheads, and other prominent typography where the hairlines and flare details can be appreciated. It can support short-to-medium text in spacious layouts, but will typically shine in editorial spreads, fashion/beauty branding, premium packaging, and high-contrast poster work.

The overall tone is polished and luxurious, with a poised, high-end feel typical of magazine typography and premium branding. Its dramatic contrast and sharp finishing details convey sophistication and a slightly theatrical, couture-like presence while remaining disciplined and classical in posture.

The design appears intended to deliver a modern, high-contrast serif voice with refined flare at stroke endings—balancing classical proportions with a fashion-forward sharpness. It prioritizes elegance and impact, creating a distinctive editorial texture without resorting to heavy ornament.

Spacing appears measured with clear separation between letters in text, helping prevent hairlines from clumping. The italic is not shown; all samples present a consistent roman voice with strong verticality and a crisp baseline. The flared terminals add warmth compared with purely bracketed modern serifs, while still keeping a very precise, contemporary edge.
