This serif shows extreme thick–thin modulation with hairline horizontals and strong, vertical main stems. Serifs are fine and sharply finished, often reading as delicate brackets or crisp wedges, giving the letterforms a clean, engraved feel. Capitals are high-waisted and dignified, with broad curves in C/G/O and taut diagonals in V/W/X; the overall rhythm is vertical and orderly. Lowercase forms keep a moderate x-height but emphasize contrast and tapering, with a two-storey g and a compact, pointed-shoulder n/m that reinforce a polished, editorial texture. Numerals echo the same contrast and finesse, with thin crossbars and sculpted curves that suit display sizing.

Best suited to editorial headlines, pull quotes, and magazine-style layouts where contrast can be appreciated. It also fits luxury branding, beauty and fashion packaging, and formal invitations, especially when set with ample whitespace and high-quality output.

The tone is elegant and high-fashion, with a dramatic contrast that signals luxury and formality. It feels traditional and literate, yet intentionally stylized—more runway and magazine than everyday document text.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary take on a classic high-contrast serif: commanding vertical structure, refined hairlines, and crisp detailing that elevates titles and brand statements while still being capable of composed text setting at comfortable sizes.

At larger sizes the hairlines read crisp and sophisticated, while at smaller sizes the light strokes may visually recede compared to the heavy verticals. Spacing appears balanced for setting paragraphs, but the strong contrast and sharp terminals make it most convincing when given room and generous leading.
