Strokes are hairline-fine on upstrokes and transitions, swelling into darker downstrokes with smooth, tapered terminals. Letterforms feature frequent loops and entry/exit flourishes, with tall ascenders and deep descenders creating an airy vertical rhythm. Spacing is somewhat open for a script, and widths vary noticeably between compact joins and wider, sweeping capitals.
