This typeface is a high-contrast serif with tall, upright proportions and a pronounced transition from thick vertical stems to extremely thin hairlines. Serifs are sharp and finely bracketed-to-unbracketed in feel, reading as crisp, tapered terminals rather than blocky slabs. Curves (C, O, S) show a clear vertical stress and a polished, calligraphic modulation, while diagonals (V, W, X) end in delicate, pointed hairlines. Lowercase forms are compact and neat, with a two-storey “g” and a narrow, straight “f,” and the numerals follow the same dramatic thick–thin rhythm with slender, elegant joins and terminals.

Well suited to display and editorial settings such as magazine headlines, cover lines, and premium branding where high contrast and sharp detailing are an asset. It can work for short text passages in print-oriented layouts, especially at comfortable sizes where hairlines remain intact.

The overall tone is sophisticated and traditional, with a distinctly editorial, fashion-forward sheen. Its sharp hairlines and clean posture communicate formality and precision, while the strong contrast adds a sense of luxury and drama.

The design appears intended as a contemporary take on a classic high-contrast text serif: maintaining traditional proportions and readability while emphasizing dramatic thick–thin modulation and refined, razor-like detailing for an upscale, editorial voice.

Rhythm is driven by sturdy verticals and airy counters, producing a bright page color in text despite the heavy main strokes. The italic is not shown; the roman’s crisp hairlines suggest it will benefit from appropriate sizing and production contexts where fine details can be preserved.
