A heavy, high-contrast text face with crisp, tapered joins and pronounced thick–thin modulation throughout. Curves are broad and smooth, while terminals often finish in sharp wedges or small ball-like endings, giving the strokes a cut, chiseled feel. The uppercase is sturdy and compact in its internal counters, with rounded forms (C, O, G) showing strong vertical stress and tight apertures. The lowercase keeps a traditional rhythm with a two-storey a and g, sturdy stems, and clear, open bowls; spacing reads generous for the weight, supporting large, dark word shapes without collapsing counters. Numerals follow the same dramatic contrast and sturdy proportions, with distinctive curved entries and exits that keep them lively in display settings.

Best suited for headlines, magazine and book display typography, and brand marks that benefit from a strong, classic voice. It can work for short blocks of text at larger sizes, such as pull quotes or subheads, where the high contrast and dense color remain comfortable to read.

The overall tone is assertive and editorial, combining a classic bookish structure with a theatrical contrast that feels premium and attention-grabbing. It suggests tradition and authority, but with enough stylized terminals to read as expressive rather than strictly utilitarian.

The design appears intended to deliver an authoritative, premium impression with strong contrast and refined terminals, balancing traditional letterforms with a more dramatic, attention-forward texture for display use.

Stroke endings and joins create a distinctive signature: many letters show angled finishing cuts and occasional rounded terminals, which adds sparkle in headlines. The texture in the sample paragraph is dense and dark, making the font feel best suited to larger sizes where counters and contrast can breathe.
