A very heavy, block-based display face with chamfered corners and slightly uneven, hand-cut contours. The letterforms are mostly upright and compact, built from chunky verticals and squared bowls, with small width differences from glyph to glyph that add a handmade rhythm. Interior inline cutouts appear as thin, irregular slits and notches running through the black shapes, creating a carved, weathered look and boosting contrast between solid mass and openings. Curves are minimized in favor of faceted geometry, and counters tend to be tight and angular, keeping the overall texture dense and dark.

Best suited to display applications such as posters, headlines, brand marks, and packaging where the carved inline detail can be appreciated. It also works well for rustic or retro signage-style graphics, album/film titling, and bold promotional layouts that benefit from a gritty, tactile presence.

The font projects a rough, utilitarian confidence—part vintage poster, part carved sign—suggesting grit, noise, and physical materiality. Its distressed inline detailing adds a scrappy, DIY energy that reads as bold and attention-seeking rather than refined.

The design appears intended to mimic bold lettering that has been cut, stamped, or carved into a solid surface, then worn or distressed over time. By combining a sturdy slabby construction with irregular inline voids, it aims to deliver a loud, vintage-leaning display voice with strong visual texture.

The inline cutouts are organic rather than mechanically uniform, so the texture becomes a prominent design feature at larger sizes and can visually fill in at small sizes. The condensed, blocky silhouettes keep word shapes sturdy, while the irregular internal slashing prevents the forms from feeling static.
