A delicate, hairline italic with crisp, square-ended slab serifs and a consistently smooth, forward slant. Strokes stay largely uniform in thickness, giving a clean linear rhythm, while the serifs read as small, flat terminals that sharpen the silhouette without adding much weight. Proportions feel classical and slightly narrow, with tall capitals, long ascenders and descenders, and gently rounded bowls that keep counters open. The lowercase shows a calligraphic sensibility in its entry/exit strokes, with a single-storey “g” and a looped descender on “y,” and numerals that echo the same thin, poised construction.

Well-suited to editorial typography, book and magazine titling, pull quotes, and refined branding where a light, sophisticated italic voice is desired. It also fits invitations and formal announcements, especially when set with ample leading and space to preserve its airy detail.

The overall tone is refined and literary—light on the page, understated, and slightly formal. Its thin strokes and precise slab details create an elegant, editorial flavor that feels cultured rather than showy.

The design appears intended to offer an elegant italic with slab-serif structure—combining a contemporary, precise finish with classical proportions for use in refined display and editorial settings.

In running text the italic angle and long extenders create a graceful horizontal flow, but the very thin strokes and sharp joins suggest it will look best with generous size, spacing, or high-contrast printing conditions. The design maintains a consistent skeletal logic across caps, lowercase, and figures, which helps it feel cohesive even at large display sizes.
