A delicate serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and gently flared, bracketed terminals that soften the stroke endings. Capitals are tall and neatly proportioned with crisp hairlines, while curves (C, O, S) show smooth, controlled tension. Lowercase forms are compact and disciplined, with a double-storey g, a looped descender on q, and a narrow, slightly right-leaning italic-like energy in some joins and terminals despite an overall upright stance. Numerals are similarly refined, with thin joins and tapered feet that keep the texture light and continuous in text.

Well suited to editorial layouts, book typography, and magazine design where a refined serif texture is desired. It can also work effectively for cultured headlines, pull quotes, and formal materials such as invitations or programs, especially where elegance and restraint are important.

The overall tone is refined and literary, evoking classic book typography and editorial sophistication. Its sharp hairlines and tapered ends convey precision and restraint, while the subtle flaring adds a touch of warmth and humanist polish.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic, high-contrast reading experience with a polished, contemporary finish. Flared terminals and careful modulation suggest a goal of combining traditional serif authority with a lighter, more graceful presence on the page.

In longer text, the design produces a bright page color with clear word shapes and strong vertical rhythm. The combination of crisp hairlines and flared finishing strokes gives it a distinctive sparkle at larger sizes, while the narrow set and tight letterforms lend a composed, economical texture.
