A high-contrast serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and needle-fine hairlines. Serifs are sharp and bracketless in feel, with tapered terminals and crisp joins that create a polished, engraved rhythm. The capitals are tall and stately with narrow internal apertures, while the lowercase shows compact, controlled forms (notably single-storey a and g) and a relatively even, measured texture. Numerals follow the same display-minded contrast, with dramatic curves and fine entry strokes.

Best suited to display typography: magazine headlines, pull quotes, book covers, posters, and premium brand identities. It can also work for short editorial passages where a refined, high-end tone is desired, especially with generous leading and careful size selection.

The overall tone is poised and luxurious, evoking fashion mastheads, upscale packaging, and classic print refinement. Its sharp contrast and clean upright stance read as confident and formal, with a slightly theatrical flourish in curves and terminals.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic, high-fashion serif voice with dramatic contrast and crisp detailing, prioritizing elegance and impact in titles and branding over rugged, utilitarian text economy.

At larger sizes the hairlines and pointed serifs create a striking sparkle, especially in combinations like V/W/Y and in rounded letters where the contrast is most visible. In denser text settings, the extreme contrast and fine details can make the color feel more delicate and less forgiving on low-resolution output.
