A chunky slab‑serif letterform with heavy, blunt terminals and an uneven, inked texture that breaks up both edges and counters. Strokes are generally sturdy with subtle width fluctuations that feel hand-pressed rather than mechanically uniform, and the serifs read as squared, slightly bulbous pads. Curves (C, O, G) are lumpy and imperfectly round, while straights show small bites and nicks along the contour, creating a worn print impression. Lowercase features a compact x-height relative to tall ascenders, and overall spacing feels moderately open, letting the texture remain legible at display sizes.

Best suited for display typography where texture is an asset: posters, headlines, album/film titles, craft and heritage-style packaging, product labels, and storefront or event signage. It can also work for short pull quotes or subheads when a tactile, printed look is desired, but the roughened details will diminish at small sizes or on low-resolution outputs.

The font conveys an old-world, workshop-made character—part letterpress poster, part stamped label—with a tactile grit that suggests age, use, and imperfect printing. Its mood is assertive and personable, leaning toward rustic charm rather than precision or refinement.

The design appears intended to emulate worn, ink-heavy printing—like aged letterpress or rubber-stamp impressions—while keeping sturdy slab-serif structures that remain readable and attention-grabbing. Its irregularities are used to add personality and atmosphere without fully sacrificing letter recognition.

The distressed effect appears consistent across capitals, lowercase, and numerals, with interior speckling and edge erosion that becomes a defining feature of the rhythm. Numerals share the same chunky, slightly irregular construction, helping headings and badges feel cohesive when mixing type and numbers.
