A high-contrast serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and delicate hairlines, giving letters a crisp, chiseled silhouette. Serifs tend toward fine wedges and pointed brackets rather than slabs, and many joins resolve into sharp terminals that emphasize vertical stress. Curves in rounds (C, O, S) are smooth but tightly controlled, while diagonals in V/W/X and the A apex read crisp and angular. Lowercase forms show compact, sturdy main strokes with thin entry/exit details; the g is double-storey, and several letters (a, f, t) display calligraphic-like terminals and small finishing flicks. Numerals follow the same contrast logic, with elegant bowls and thin cross-strokes that can become especially fine at small sizes.

Best suited to headlines, pull quotes, magazine and book covers, and brand marks where its contrast and sharp finishing details can be appreciated. It can also work for short passages in high-quality print or large sizes, while small or low-resolution contexts may reduce the clarity of its finest hairlines.

The overall tone is refined and fashion-forward, with an editorial sharpness that feels premium and assertive. Its dramatic contrast and needle-like details communicate elegance and formality, leaning toward contemporary luxury rather than rustic or utilitarian voices.

The design appears intended to deliver a modern classic text-serif voice with heightened contrast for impact, combining traditional proportions with sharpened terminals for a more contemporary editorial presence.

In text settings the rhythm is strongly vertical, with dominant stems and delicate connective strokes that create sparkle in larger sizes. The design favors crisp edges and tapered details, which can make spacing and counters feel lively and slightly kinetic in display use.
