This typeface uses a broken-stroke, blackletter construction with narrow proportions and a strongly vertical rhythm. Forms are built from straight stems and angled joins, with pointed, blade-like serifs and small spur details that give the outlines a cut, chiseled feel. Curves are handled as segmented arcs, and many letters show subtle calligraphic modulation and flared terminals rather than smooth continuous strokes. The capitals are more ornate and varied than the lowercase, featuring distinctive internal counters and decorative entry/exit strokes; numerals follow the same sharp, Gothic logic with compact, stylized shapes.

Best suited to headlines, titles, and branding moments that want a medieval or Gothic signal—such as album artwork, event posters, book covers, labels, and logotypes. It performs particularly well in short lines and prominent sizes where the ornate capitals and broken-stroke structure remain clear.

The overall tone is historic and ceremonial, evoking manuscript lettering, old-world authority, and ecclesiastical or heraldic contexts. Its sharp angles and dense texture create a dramatic, formal voice that feels weighty and traditional.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic blackletter voice with strong historical cues, combining consistent vertical structure with decorative, calligraphic detailing for emphasis in display settings.

Texture is relatively even at text sizes, but individual glyphs carry idiosyncratic details—especially in capitals—so the face reads as expressive and handcrafted rather than purely mechanical. Spacing appears tuned for display and short phrases, where the broken forms and pointed terminals can be appreciated without crowding.
