A slanted serif design with sharp, hairline terminals and pronounced thick–thin modulation. The rhythm is fluid and calligraphic, with tapered entry/exit strokes and crisp, lightly bracketed serifs that often resolve into pointed wedges. Uppercase forms feel tall and poised with generous curves and narrow joins, while lowercase shows a lively italic construction with a single-storey a, a looped g, and long, sweeping ascenders and descenders. Counters stay open and the overall color remains light, giving the text a polished, high-end texture at display and larger reading sizes.

Well suited to magazine layouts, book typography, pull quotes, and cultured branding where an elegant, high-contrast voice is desired. It performs especially well for headlines, subheads, and prominent text blocks, and can also serve as a refined companion for longer reading when set with comfortable size and leading.

The font conveys a cultivated, editorial tone—graceful and articulate rather than blunt or utilitarian. Its sharp finishing and expressive italic movement suggest sophistication, making it feel at home in fashion, culture, and literary contexts.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic italic serif voice with pronounced contrast and a polished finish, emphasizing sophistication and motion. Its construction prioritizes elegance and typographic flavor—bringing a traditional, literary feel to contemporary editorial and branding work.

The figures follow the same refined contrast and slant, reading as elegant rather than sturdy; some numerals show pronounced curvature and tapering that adds personality. In continuous text, the strong diagonal stress and long extenders create a dynamic line, so spacing and leading benefit from a little air to preserve clarity.
