An organic, inked display face with a right-leaning italic posture and noticeably irregular contours. Strokes swell and pinch unpredictably, with ragged edges and small blobby terminals that suggest brush or marker pressure on rough paper. Letterforms are generally open and readable, but the baseline and sidebearings feel intentionally uneven, creating a variable, wandering rhythm across words. Counters tend to be lumpy and asymmetrical, and curves look slightly melted or corroded rather than cleanly drawn.

Best suited for short to medium display settings where texture and atmosphere are the goal: horror or mystery titles, Halloween graphics, game or tabletop UI, event posters, and themed packaging/labels. It can work for pull quotes or short paragraphs when you want a deliberately rough, hand-rendered feel, but it will read most clearly at larger sizes with comfortable spacing.

The texture and wobble give the font an eerie, handmade energy—more like a distressed hand-lettered title than a polished text face. It evokes old horror ephemera, cursed labels, and spooky storybook captions, balancing playfulness with a lightly unsettling tone.

The design appears intended to simulate expressive, hand-inked lettering with controlled distress—keeping letter recognition intact while adding an aged, creepy surface. Its italic slant and irregular stroke modulation aim to create motion and unease, delivering instant thematic character in headlines and branding-style applications.

The alphabet sample shows consistent “drip/gnarled” edge behavior across caps, lowercase, and figures, helping the set feel cohesive despite its irregularity. The figures follow the same blobby, uneven stroke logic, making them suitable for display use where texture is desirable. In longer lines, the lively side-to-side movement is a defining feature and becomes part of the overall voice.
