A distressed, brush-driven display face with jagged contours, uneven stroke fill, and frequent ink-like spikes and burrs along stems and bowls. Strokes show strong thick–thin behavior with abrupt tapers, creating sharp terminals and occasional splatters that read like dry-brush or worn printing. Proportions feel condensed overall, with compact counters and slightly irregular widths from glyph to glyph, reinforcing a handmade, imperfect rhythm. The lowercase is compact with a relatively small x-height, while capitals stand tall and angular; numerals follow the same rough, tapered construction.

Best suited to display settings where texture can be appreciated—titles, headers, and short phrases on posters, book covers, packaging, and entertainment branding. It works especially well when you want a rough, ominous voice for genre applications such as horror, dark fantasy, or Halloween-themed graphics.

The texture and aggressive tapering give the font a dark, theatrical tone—suggestive of cursed manuscripts, folk-horror props, or gritty poster lettering. Its uneven edges and intermittent ink breaks add tension and urgency, trading refinement for atmosphere.

The design appears intended to mimic expressive brush lettering subjected to wear or rough reproduction, prioritizing mood, texture, and dramatic stroke contrast over typographic smoothness. Its condensed stance and energetic, torn edges aim to deliver instant impact in headline use.

Character silhouettes remain generally readable at larger sizes, but the heavy distress and sharp protrusions can close counters and create noisy joins at smaller sizes. The sample text shows lively word shapes with strong vertical emphasis and pronounced, scratch-like terminal behavior that becomes a key part of the personality.
