A heavy, rounded sans with compact counters and simplified, blocky construction. The defining feature is a repeated set of horizontal cut-ins that slice through the lower half of most glyphs, creating a banded, stencil-like texture and intermittent “scanline” breaks. Curves are smooth and geometric, terminals are blunt, and the overall silhouette stays stable despite the internal striping, producing strong figure/ground contrast and an intentionally disrupted rhythm.

Best suited for short display settings where the striped interruption can read clearly—posters, punchy headlines, logo wordmarks, packaging callouts, and event or festival promotions. It can also work as an accent font paired with a neutral text face, where the scanline texture provides contrast and emphasis.

The horizontal striping reads as a deliberate glitch or scanline effect, giving the face a playful, slightly chaotic energy. It evokes retro-tech and pop display aesthetics, where distortion and patterning are part of the personality rather than a flaw.

The design appears intended to turn a familiar rounded, heavy sans skeleton into a statement display by adding systematic horizontal cut-ins. The goal is an eye-catching, experimental texture that feels like motion, interference, or printed/scan distortion while keeping letterforms broadly recognizable.

The banding is most pronounced in rounded letters and bowls (e.g., O, B, e), where it creates layered “wave” contours; in straighter forms it appears as crisp notches or bars. At smaller sizes the internal gaps can visually fill in, while at larger sizes the stripes become the main graphic hook.
